1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing Monoshoot, uploading images, generating outputs, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Monoshoot is an AI-powered jewellery photography platform that lets users upload jewellery product photos, configure scenes and style settings, generate studio-style images, save generation history, and export images in supported formats.

2. Accounts and access

You may create or access your account using Google authentication or email-based authentication. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and use the platform only for lawful business or personal purposes.

Some areas, including the studio and billing pages, require authentication. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, unlawful activity, payment failure, security risk, or violation of these terms.

3. User content and upload rights

You must own or have the necessary rights to any jewellery photos, product images, prompts, brand settings, text, or other content you upload or submit to Monoshoot.

You grant Monoshoot the limited right to process your uploaded content, prompts, settings, and generated images as needed to provide the service, including AI processing, storage, display in your account, export, troubleshooting, security, and support.

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, private without permission, or intended to impersonate another person or brand.

4. AI generated outputs

Monoshoot is designed to preserve jewellery details while changing the scene, lighting, background, model context, and presentation. The website's primary workflow depends on user image selections, style choices, and related settings. We use OpenAI image generation models with Monoshoot custom prompts to produce the best possible output for users. AI outputs can still contain errors, distortions, artifacts, inaccurate details, or unsuitable results.

You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publishing, advertising, printing, selling, or otherwise relying on them. Monoshoot does not guarantee that any output is error-free, legally compliant for a specific use, or accepted by a marketplace, ad platform, or regulator.

Subject to these terms and any third-party provider restrictions, you may use generated outputs for your jewellery brand, ecommerce listings, social media, ads, catalogues, and internal creative workflows.

5. Plans, limits, and billing

Monoshoot offers a free tier and paid plans. Plan features may include monthly credit limits, quality level, second-image upload access, watermark removal, multiple aspect ratios, high-resolution downloads, and supported export formats depending on the selected plan.

Current paid plans are billed monthly through Dodo Payments. Pricing and plan limits shown on the pricing or billing page control unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Monthly generation usage resets on the first day of each month. Unused generations do not roll over unless we expressly state otherwise.

6. Payments, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are handled by Dodo Payments. Monoshoot does not store your full payment card details.

Upgrades, downgrades, and plan changes may require a new checkout or billing action. Feature access may change based on the active plan associated with your account.

You may cancel a paid subscription from the billing page. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, and your paid access continues until that period ends.

Refunds are available only within 7 days of subscription purchase and only if you have used less than 10% of the total image generation credits included in the paid plan. Approved refunds are calculated after deducting the value of used credits and applicable taxes.

7. Account and data deletion

You may request account and data deletion from the profile section of the tool. After your deletion request, the account is scheduled for deletion and will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal, security, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and backup retention requirements.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use Monoshoot to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, attack or probe systems, bypass usage limits, resell access without permission, upload malware, scrape the service, or generate deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized content.

You may not reverse engineer, overload, automate abusive requests against, or interfere with the platform, its AI providers, Supabase services, Dodo Payments integrations, or related infrastructure.

9. Third-party services

Monoshoot uses third-party services for authentication, database, storage, payments, image processing, and AI generation. These include Supabase for account and platform data storage, Google authentication where selected by the user, OpenAI for image generation, Dodo Payments for payments, and similar infrastructure providers.

Service availability, processing times, and output quality may depend on those providers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or errors caused by third-party systems outside our control.

10. Service changes and availability

We may update features, models, limits, pricing, routes, storage behavior, export formats, or plan names as the platform evolves. We may also pause features for maintenance, security, provider outages, or operational reasons.

We aim to keep Monoshoot reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Monoshoot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monoshoot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform or generated outputs.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these terms or your use of Monoshoot will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.
